If you could legally have a big cat (Tiger, Lion, etc) as a pet, would you have one? Which would it be?

I would have a black jaguar and a white tiger cub.

I would have a Cheetah 'cause they train like dogs, but if it was a medium cat, it would have to be a pixiebob. They are legal and amazing...

Reply:Tigers are the most beautiful but cheetahs are the most docile, relatively speaking, of the big cats. Serval cats and ocelots, though not really "big" cats, have been somewhat successful as pets, though I really wouldn't recommend it and don't even consider cougars or, the most deadly of all, jaguars. Didn't mean to leave out the majestic lion, it's just that they never really much appealed to me. I'm more of a dog (read wolf) guy anyway!

Reply:No. A 10 pound housecat can be pretty mean, just image another 190 pounds or so of housecat. Don't piss it off.
