Hate..why do we humans hate? Why can't we all be friends?

Horses, Dogs, Cats, Tigers, Lions etc, they don't hate each other. Yes the bigger animal is superior to the smaller animals and most times the bigger devours the smaller for food, but they don't hate. They don't have racial striffe between their groups. A black horse gets along fine with a white horse or a red dog gets along fine with a spotted dog or a crow gets along fine with another crow or similar bird, unless it's for food.


But they don't go around killing their own kind. They don't hate eachother. Then why do we humans hate?


We claim we are the superior species, then why can't we act like we are superior? Why do we hate eachother so much? Why do we kill each other?


Animals who are not considered superior to us humans have learnt to survive together in their own groups even between groups, then why can't we humans be friendly towards all races, colors, creeds, religions etc and stop hating each other???

Maybe because thats what intelligence is...*%26lt;-sarcasm* I don't think that anyone really knows. I've thought about this myself a lot. Maybe it's just in our DNA or something...
Reply:Many predatory animals do hate. But its mostly territorial reasons why they fight eachother and possibly kill eachother.


Religion is one main reason for hate. If you look closer at the bible and how world leaders, politicians, and notorious people have percieved the bible, it has separated us. It has created walls between races, colors, and most especially and obviously other religions. For example, Hitler claiming to be christian told everyone that the Jews were bad. Religious leaders have gotten people to believe that witches exist, i.e. Witch Trials. Some religions have said that interracial relationships are sinful.....hence racism.

Reply:well cause of there ignorance, not all humans but some are just the most retorical walks of life. like the ones who like hitler. hitler dddnt like anyone who wasnt blond hair, blue eye and was born in GERMANY. so if ur a racist who likes hitler and has a nazi flag but ur not german, ur very ignorant cause hitler hated americans any non 100% german born there. i would be killed even though i was born there my dad is part russian so i have brown hair.
Reply:because of fear and self intrest, fear and self interest feed off of each other and create hate. see, we have self interest, greed basically, and when that self interest is threatened, we fear, and then in turn we hate. hate and fear come hand in hand.


take Rwanda for instanace, the belgian had power over rwanda for awhile, then left the power to the highly favored Tutsi tribe, who then used their power to benefit the tutsis (self interest) and supress hutus for fear (FEAR) of losing this power and opportunity of self interest. that self interest and fear of losing it caused oppression towards hutus who in turn ended up hating the tutsis because they'd been oppressed by the tutsi government. the hutus overthrew the tutsi govt and tried to exterminate the entire race because of hatred breed over years of oppression, and fear of being oppressed again. it was fear that caused hatred, hatred caused fear, self interest was at the root of it all. sooooo...good luck w/eliminating self interest and fear and in turn hate. good luck w/that. all we can do to try and stop the spread of hate is to fight hate w/compassion, total indiscriminate compassion, which means loving everyone, even the people who don't love you. it means forgiveness as well. it's hard, but if we want a more peaceful world, it's necessary.
