I want to write a story about a Native American style tribe in a different world, so I need to have a large list of Native American (can include Inuit or Ainu as well as any other culture like a Native American) words in a reservoir for my story. I don't mind if you mix words from various tribes, as the tribe I am creating for my story is not actually on Earth.

Where can I find a Neat sounding Native American word list (With as many words as possible), in english text?
This is the Ojibwe/Chippewa Language. This is my lanugage. It's the world's most difficult language (Guinness Book of Records) To get consistent spelling, I used the Freelang Ojibwe dictionary.
Native American languages were oral languages. Therefore spelling systems were devised for many. This one uses the Fiero Double-Vowel System.
a = uh, aa = ah, e = eh, i = ih, ii = ee, o = oh, oo = ooh
Single-Quote (') character is used to represent glottal stops. (accent the sound following the (')
Native American languages have many dialects. Many use one-word sentence. Words are joined to describe ideas. The more information the longer the word/sentence. If many dialects were listed I choose the shorter word.
English words do not carry the same meaning as Native American words (which are discriptive).

Reply:You can find a nice list of "The Navajo Code Talkers' Dictionary" (from WW2) on line. Just punch into Google. Should help you out alot.
